Vilma is a Certified Strategic Intervention and Career Coach. She’s earned her certification from RMT Centre where she trained under the ‘father’ of coaching Tony Robbins and Master Therapist Cloé Madanes.

Her education and experience include mastery of Human Needs Psychology as well as disciplines of Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, organizational psychology, psychology of influence, and strategic studies among many other.

She is also a licensed Firework Career Coach and holds a Masters of Science degree from Cass Business School in London and Ba (Hons) in International Business.

She has dedicated her practice to supporting individuals in the midst of career change and has created a signature Holistic Career Change Programme which incorporates advanced coaching strategies and proven counseling processes to support her clients in their pursuit of clarity and fulfilling work.

Vilma’s Philosophy

Vilma applies a unique blend to helping with career transitions by merging practical strategies & step by step implementation plans together with her intuitive guidance to guide her clients from the idea generation, to career testing all the way till successful implementation of a new career path.

Having invested years in careers that caused her burn out and depression she has ‘cracked the code’ on how to find one’s purpose and transitioned herself. Her philosophy is simple - she has the utmost respect for everyone’s uniqueness and individuality and she strongly believes that everyone was put here on the Planet with their specific gifts, talents and character traits for a reason. There are NO MISTAKES. It’s her biggest passion and honour to help the ones she crosses paths with to find their WHY.
